Daddytopcat - I'm never good at these ancients, but it looks like the same reverse as the last one you posted with the fallen rider/horse about to get speared...

Jim is correct. Looks like a Half Centenionalis of Constantius II from Antioch "FEL TEMP RE-PARATIO" reverse.

Yes, the reverse is similar, a soldier spearing a fallen enemy, but the portrait looks different. It looks like they have a rather bulbous nose.
However, it could just be a variety of the ones mentioned above.

I have now looked for a similar barbarous coin of this type and can't find any. So I guess over cleaning made it look crude enough to be an imitation. So I will have to agree with gunner's choice as the only logical match.
