If you guys are right, that totally makes sense. On the same hillside i found that object, i also found a battery terminal post cover (I used this forum to find out that that was what it was) for a 12 volt motorcycle battery. And now part of a carbeurator? Its starting to make me think maybe someones dirtbike broke down there and they had to fix it at one point- After all i DO see lots of people riding around there... Interesting. Thanks
