"Annual Tournament" Bicycle Badge. Age?

Picked this up at a local house that dates to the 1800s. It looks pretty generic, but does anyone have a guess as to age? There are certainly a lot of spokes on the bike. Maybe late 1800s?

A gold color finished award medal from the July 27, 1896 Cleveland Centennial Wheelmen Day event. The top pin bar has the word SOUVENIR so I assume that any person attending the event could obtain one of these medals. The dimensions are 38x80mm.
