I don't see it. If you are talking about the piece that looks like a face, I think itis just part of the rotting tree trunk. Stuff like that is called Pareidolia.

Well Doug, seeing as how you took the picture, how about you tell us?...

It does appear to have a resemblance to a Lesser Weasel (aka: Ermine),
but the nose looks out of proportion. Could also just be an optical delusion..

I'm going to go with not. A blurry picture that makes a rotted piece of wood look like an animal. If you look you can see a crack on the wood horizontally below where it looks like an animal face.
