Well I had the Anderson Rod laying around that I removed from my Tesoro Sand Shark when I traded it in a few years back.
The shaft was like new ( I wipe down and clean after every use this keeps stuff in good shape) So tonight I decided to fit it to my Whites TDI Beach Hunter.
All I had to do is drill one set of holes through the rod so that the TDI control box would fit to the rod and move the spring clip to that set of holes. The TDI holes are spaced about 1/2” to 3/4” give or take closer together than the Sand Sharks control box was.
It turned out great and was much better than spending $119.00 on a new Anderson shaft for the TDI Beach Hunter.
All The Best To Everyone,
