I managed to find another silver today, a 1942 war nickle and a couple of wheaties. this nickle is not included in the picture of my other finds. I believe it takes us to 32 silvers so far at this permission started last summer. In the bigger picture, my wife found the Franklin, one merc and a war nickle. This nickle brings the total to 5. She also found one of the Buffs. There is also a V-nickle. The ring is a gold plated silver ring. The fountain pen piece is 14 k filled. The Rifle medal is Sterling silver. This does not include the pile of wheaties or other cool relics including the WWII Dog tags (returned) and three collar disks. This war nickle today brings us to 11 so far this year. I still have a lot of ground that has yet to be cut so that I can hunt it. I found a fifty yard strip today where a brush hog had cut a path as it headed elsewhere. In that strip, I found five coins, two clad and the nickle and wheaties. I also dug a lot of 22 brass and modern smashed bullets, 30 cal....maybe from the old 30-06 brass found at the WWII spot. I know that the HF coil will find even more great finds, can't wait to get it. Thanks for looking. DL
