Arizona and the great southwest!
Detector(s) used
XP Deus II
Tesoro Lobo SuperTraq
Fisher F-Pulse Pinpointer
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
NOX 800 and Nokta Makro Legend

Which will be easier to use out of the box and which one requires a longer learning curve overall? Not two worried about learning either detector but just trying to get a feel of what I’ll be facing moving forward with either one.

Lastly, this detector will be primarily be a salt water, beach detector. Whatever one can handle those elements the best will be the new addition.

Thanks in advance gents for any recommendations 👍🫡

I am only responding because of your "primarily beach / saltwater".

I can only vouch for the Excal... never used either of the other detectors you mentioned.

But i can and will recommend the Excal due to my personal experience with it for beaches.

I am sure others can attest to the other detectors abilities on beaches... but... i cannot.

Extremely easy out of the box.... plug and play :)

Legend.
More detector, better ergonomics, less money = Good Sandscoop!

Love the detector I’m just worried about the company. How long they’ve been around and if they’ll be in business in 5 years. I got burned with Tesoro going out of business.
