Kelvin who allowed me to hunt that church playground today. I did alright and will be talking to you soon about loaning you a detector so you can get a feel for this hobby without going for broke. I got 3.50 in quarters, .90 in dimes, .20 in nickels and .23 in new pennies today in 1.5 hrs. I only searched about a 15 ft wide strip of the playground. Many thanx

That is ALOT of clad for 1.5 hours of detecting. Hope Kelvin gives you permission again to clean up the rest of it!

I do have permission to hunt the entire area. I was amazed at the signals coming out of the ground. The most wonderful thing was, I ONLY DUG l PULLTAB

It was all clad and some of the pennies were eaten up bad. We have sandy loam and I once heard coins sink 1/2 inch a year in it, so anything early is almost in the aquifier by now.
