And... Andirons!!

Found these andirons at an old house spot with a couple of other items. I can't make out the stamping on it, only that it appears to be the letter "B." There is so much rust and build-up on them, I can only make out one letter and only on that one andiron. On the inside, there are the numbers "220." They are SUPER duper heavy, but strangely, the tops, they appear to be hollow.
Anyone have info on dating these things? I'm honestly at a loss.
