HI,
I found this bottle metal detecting. It's in an older, if not the oldest settled part of a suburb of Houston.
I've dug several pieces of milk glass and plates from the 1930's. Also a token for the ghost town of Milvid and other items.
I'm excited to keep digging items like this. Some of it is digging metal items and the glass is also in the hole.

Found this bottle with broken pieces of plates dating from the 1930's and older.
Brown bottle
bottom: 35 mm across
top: 25 mm across
heigth: 65 mm
Bottom marks are this: 6501
6 30 Anchor over H

10

My guess is 1930's at the Los Angeles plant?
1936?

Thank You for your help,

I have looked at those two sites.
And with a couple others is what led to the information I have.
The date I have would seem right for that spot.
Thank you for posting them as they are good information.
I find a lot of items from 1900 to 1930's in that area.
Milk glass, cosmetic items, pottery shards, Milvid ghost town token.
I know I'm on top of something great.
