Finally, after a few hours cleaned I found out who is , unfortunately it is a forgery, the coin is made ​​of bronze coated with a thick layer of gold, coin is punctured, probably worn as a pendant
It is solidus of Anastasius 491 - 518 ( Byzantine empire)


Obv: DNANASTASIVSPPAVG - Helmeted, cuirassed bust facing, holding spear over shoulder and shield
Rev: VICTORIAAVGGG Exe: * /CONOB - Victory standing left, holding scepter with Chi-Rho atop

Shame that, but why would some one go to the trouble of guiding a bronze coin , if it was a bit of bling why bronze ...

Is it Gold dipped, or Guilded, it makes a big difference, contempery forgery, or modern. Neat find either way.
