An old book I always wondered about

I have a small hard cover book titled Facts I ought to know about the government of my country.
By William Bartlett. I have see lots of these books online, but this book is a small hardcover just under 6" by just over 4" wide. The second page in says copyright 1894, but I have not seen this book online in this form. Please see attached images:

Just a side note, it isn't in very good shape... a few of the pages are falling out. The book is intact and readable however.

Well, I have been unable to find a trace of this book as it is anywhere. I thought I would ask if there was a way to lookup value on it

Many sites (like the one shown above) offer reproductions of the original. To see the book is still in demand most likely gives added value to the original edition if that is what you have. If the book is not on Ebay or in their archives, I'd visit the local (Flagstaff?) rare book store and ask the owner for assistance.

well. I worked in that store...in flagstaff..lol...bookman's has a rare book room...but they are only rare after they buy them...

I will give them a look, thank you all for the input. Yea, I have seen lots of reproductions, but never saw this book... The small size is what is confusing me.

I searched your book through "Bookfinder" and came up with a ton of e-books and modern reprints as well.
Scarce book!
