It looks like it has a rust spot on it. Does it stick to a magnet? If it does, it's probably something else, not a musket ball.
They used many metals including iron 😊 Being that it has a pour stem I'm going with Musket Ball.

Nice clear photos of the fingers, the item is a tad out of focus.
Not sure if the ball could be from a case shot?
Though it looks smaller than .65.
I would think a pistol. This was larger when I dug it up. It has shred some. Was "around" 1/5 inch.

Metal doesn't tend to shrink. If it got smaller it lost material off the outside -- dirt, rust, etc.

I'm still thinking this is something other than a musket ball.

Sorry, not a musketball. Musketballs were made of lead, and occasionally of pewter when lead was not available. Musketballs were NEVER made of iron.
This is what dug musketballs look like.

Looking at the pictures, I'd say that you've found yourself a rusted ball bearing. Good luck and keep hunting.

Congrats. It's not a musket ball. Or a rifle ball. Or a pistol ball. Or a cannon ball.

Your pictures suck.
Get the object out of your hand. Include a size reference besides your hand.

I don't see a sprue. Or lead. Or a soft metal.
Your piece looks more like slag or something.
Hard to tell through your blurred pictures and distracting fingers.
