Aluminum Tag or Token?

I'm a newbie! Found this in my backyard in East Tn. Appears to be aluminum with a large "R" on one side and number "5" in the back. "Wright & Son Cin O" appears in small letters on one side. What is it? Thanks!!

Aluminum was scarce before about 1892. After the introduction of the electric furnace it became very common. Yours might also represent 5 mils (1/2¢) if it is a sales tax token.
