UNDER the coinstar machine?? It just drops them on the floor or what?
So you just bring a stick with you, and get down on your hands and knees in the middle of WalMart or what?
People don't want the reject coins so they find a place to get rid of them. Once, there was a huge display of wine bottles in next to a Coinstar machine. I looked between the bottles and people had thrown tons of reject coins there. I've also had coins shoot out of the reject shoot, hit my foot, and roll under the machine. Some Coinstar techs sweep up the spilled coins when they wheel out the two hoppers (I've noticed broom/dust pans next to a few Coinstar machine - not a coincidence). My step-dad used to work for Coinstar too.UNDER the coinstar machine?? It just drops them on the floor or what?
Also, just found a huge Marshall Islands coin under a machine today. Little mangled, but neat coin. Will post a pic.
