found this thing in a field about 6" down, about the size of a dollar coin, used hydrogen peroxide on it because the thing was encrusted with green mold, has a rim going around the edge like a coin, just doesnt resemble one.

any clues??

Very old olympic bronze medal?........... OK I have no idea.

Whatever (coin?) it is, it's pretty old. . . Maybe if you can get an accurate
weight in grams and it's size, someone (not me for sure :D) might be able to
give you a few educated guesses.

Neat find!
