Almost got skunked at the old schoolyard today

Went to the old schoolyard today after last weekend productive hunt. Started pulling a lots of wheat cents with sides of canslaw, bottlecaps and pulltabs. But no cool relics or silver. after two hours it started raining and I started making my way back to gate and my car, swinging the whole way. About twenty feet from the gate where I have pulled a lot of silver dimes in the past, but it sort of dried up in that area. I get 30-31 signal 4 to 6 inches deep and I think oh well might as well dig up one more piece of canslaw. Pinpoint and what can't find it. Fill the hole and try again, its off to the side. cut a plug and nothing in hole. Check the plug and there it is, success silver and a ring to boot and with what looks to be a ruby. Ahhh got my silver fix.
Turns out to be a vintage signed 40's Sarah Coventry Sterling Silver Ring w/ Faux Ruby
