Found this the other day..I think it has a pineapple on it..not sure if it military or not.It is a one piece though..Found it at a church that was held by the British in 1777...any help would be great! !

Looks like a dandy (decorative) button off a dress coat from around 1875 - 1890

Bramble is correct - this is a civilian button 1840s-1850s
