'Alien Charm' & two strange coins

Any ideas? Found the two coins under an old tree in a local park 6" deep...The alien thing was found at the beach. Don't know what type of metal. I did take it to a jeweler
and was told the markings were made by a jeweler's tools?

Your pendant probably originated in Riverside, California, just east of you. Notice the "raincross" symbol, prominent in history and lore of the early Spanish missions and Native Americans of that area. The other symbols actually look like southwest Native American artwork also, in my humble opinion. Maybe an archaeologist in Southern California can solve the mystery for you. both of the coins look like they are cast rather than hammer struck. probably something from a pirate game some kid was playing with

We were thinking / joking they were pirate treasure and your correct they are plated, jeweleryguy I think you've solved half the mystery.

If you bring up Diegueno on google that is my tribe you should be able to bring up other tribes of southern cal. also just look for symbolism of tribes you should find enough to piece together their meaning.Some of those symbols look familiar.

Thanks Steve. I'm learning a lot about your tribe and others here in California. You and Subterranean got me going searching for Native American symbols. I've been to many, many sites looking at different types of Native American symbols, nothing matches these symbols.
