Alaska Information Wanted

Hello,

I will be in Alaska at the end of this month for work and would like to do a little prospecting if time allows.

Can anyone tell me what the best areas or outfits to contact in both the Anchorage and Fairbanks areas would be?

I will be in each place a few days but I won't have any equipment with me other than a pan.
