When those vines start grasping, they seem to grow faster. I used my rake one day and propped it next to another air potato growing closer to the house. The next day a vine had already grasped the rake handle. That's why I keep mine trimmed. They're a invasive species here, so I have to be careful. Not sure how they will do in OK, MO...may not survive the cold.

So May I ask why you are introducing such a menace to Oklahoma habitat. Just curious. :icon_scratch:
