Age of small shell

Any one know how old or when they stop
making this bullet - REM UMC 32-7.65 mm
Found it in a city park.

Yep, it's a cartridge case, not a bullet I am guessing. If so it is a common .32 ACP made for Colt pocket pistols originally, and still being made today. I have one of the little Colts pistols in my collection. Monty
