Age of a UTAH sales tax token?

Hello!

I dug this token at a public park in Eastern Idaho last week. Just curious on the age of it ~ what years were these tokens made and used?

I think its aluminum ~ about 16 or 17 mm in diameter ~ UTAH SALES TAX TOKEN -- EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND

I know this is an old thread but thanks for the information. I just dug a 1 mil state tax token today. I learned a lot from the article. having grown up in utah no one ever mentioned these.
