Adz-ish looking thing found w other artifacts

What is it?
Found with other artifacts pictured. There were lots of bricks around - maybe 10-20 or so on the surface. A stone foundation was built up near a stream close by.
It looked recently looted and turned over but I thought these artifacts that were left behind were cool. That little glass bottle has mold seams, indicating 1800s or later.
What is the big metal thing?
Ps. Collinsville Ax Factory is close by. Burlington, Ct

I would guess it may be part of an old iron stove that's been broken up.
