Went back to the house I hit yesterday, got 3 more IH pennies, I have yet to really start clearing the trash signals. I am not hitting any "newer" signals here, so far the newest I've gotten is a 1919 wheat. Still no silver, but I have time.
In other news, I went to a park adjacent to a VERY historical area. The "good stuff" has beeen cut off to me due to lack of permission. Today I went and chit-chatted with the caretaker, and he's gonna let me do a little zapping on the property. He knows an area on the back 40 that used to be the original camp there(maybe 170 years ago or so) and he's gonna take me to the spot where he has found clay pipes and a 45 cal mini-ball on the surface. I think I know where I'll be tomorrow........
