I haven't seen or heard of anyone suggest this place for MD'ing.
My wife and I used to manage a carwash/laundry mat.
It was a 4 stall enclosed wash with 2 trenches, 1 on either side that fed into a center settling pit and then drained out to the city. Every few weeks on average I had to shovel out trenches...more often in winter. 7 to 12 wheel barrows full of smelly muck went straight out the back and dumped into a depression on the back of the lot. Been going on since early 70's... I would mix grass clippings in and rototill it under and quarters/change always showed up.
Some local laws now require pumping by pro's because dirt is contaminated by oil and gas.
Check your local carwash!!
