After a season of many trips to the beach to wind up with a bunch of nothing, it was nice to have some finds for a change. With the wave action, some of the clad was sitting right on top. There was about 10 or 12 inches of sand removed due to the high winds.

I did some beach hunting and some lake hunting this summer... I really don't like how the finds come out of the sand/water... they are in terrible shape... I'll go back to the rocks and dirt LOL

but finds are finds... good job!

Did you find the Van Staal pliers?? If so, do you know what they are worth  might want to look that one up, what a find, always wanted a pair, never could afford them.

Yes, I looked them up on-line after I posted this because the look and feel so nice. I couldn't believe they are $200. But then again, I paid $120 for my leatherman . . .

However, you can cut fishing line with a $5 knife too.
