???
I am starting up a gold mine in Ecuador, S.A. I have been very interested in the iCON in line with a "Micron Mill Wave Table."

We will be processing a quartz vein of fine and ultra-fine and micro gold- 24g/pt.

I plan to use a Stutenroth Impact Mill to process 2 t/ph.

We are ready to buy equipment now.

Our gold is quite clean and course.
What Tables are the best?

I appreciate any advice from you pros!

Cheers & Best Wishes!

I think you would have a very good setup, I have a small mine in Australia, for my ore treatment I am planning on
1. Jaw csrusher feeding to
2. Hammer mill onto
3. Sluice to catch coarser gold then into
4. Ball mill into
5. Icon
6. Concentrates onto Gemini table or similar
Hill End Gold are using a Micron table, heres a link

Please post some photos and more info on your mine

HI, Coffee is the power that what runs any mine. Egg shells, bugs, leaves or bugs all add to it's flavor and potentency..

On what ever table that you use, experiment with what I did to recover the fines. It paid for the basic operation in increased recoveries of the fines.

Simply attach a sheet of clear plastic at the head or entry of the sluice, letting it float on top of the fluid for perhaps 1/2 way down, and as wide as necessary to cover the discharge width +.

It will force any incoming fines under the surface, thus eliminating the surface tension floating any off into the tailings.

Em me if you have any questions. This should be a permanent part of all tables.

L U C K on your operation. Watch out for the bandidos, standard in my area . They, like Obama, believe in sharing the wealth without working for it..
