I had about an hour to spare so i took my new toy out for a test drive at the high school. Ran it through the bleachers and a quick run down the fence line. Put it on 3 bars and you can almost touch the fence. I backed off about 3" and could run it at 5 to 6 bars without falsing.

Target id and depth seemed pretty good. But some of the deeper zinks (4") showed up as dimes. Oh and bottle caps also read as dimes.

Gonna bring it with me to an old homestead this weekend and work around some of the harder spots and see if it can pull some silver :)

WTG Not a bad haul for a short time. I recevied my ACE250 today and it immediately started finding coins, very impressed. I did notice some jumping around when I was near trashy ground. That coil looks to solve that problem.

You better leave that sniper coil at home or maybe you can use it at miller park but that's it. Because I worked out a deal with the city to cut their grass and in return keep you out of my honey hole.. :D :D :o Besides who's idea was it to hunt Dons, HUUUMMM let me think oh ya it was mine. ;D ;D
Was that the coins you found today? Where did you go miller or link ???
WODD.....

Actually i wanna hit momas old house. If i can figure out where the front porch was. You would think when they bulldosed that they pushed everything down hill and away from the front porch area. And if they didnt cut the grass i know a brother who has a brand new John Deer. or you can just walk ahead of me and be my copperhead alert alarm.... heehehe and if ya nice i may even let ya dig for me ;D ;D

We were at ec glass high. We did run over to linkhorn on tuesday evening for about 20 min before picking up cara from girlie scouts :).

Hey just let me know if ya in or out, i'll let ya bring your detector :P
