I was watching a video by The King of Rings, CrackBadger a couple of weeks ago and he said that he finds a lot of his rings using an ACE250. Up until today I had my douts.
I was working a big and old park here in town and I got a nickle signal at 2-4 inches. I get a lot of nickle signals and they are almost always pulltabs. This one was different, it didn't bounce around, just a solid and steady nickle, so I dug it thinking I was digging a nickle. Then...a glint of gold... could it be...yes!...GOLD. A 14kt gold men's wedding band.
Users of ACE250 if you discriminate out your nickle signals or don't dig the nickle signal you won't find gold.
