Anyone know of a free internet resource for looking up and researching admiralty court cases, arrests, filings etc... other than the The PACER Service Center, which is fee based?

The National Archives & Records Administration has online admiralty cases that you can order copies. Also the Mariners Museum in Newport News VA has admiralty records available. They will send you photocopies for a very small fee. Check the New Orleans Public Library but I don't know if anything is left there.
