About to hit the road for four days...looking for a good hunt along the way!

Next weekend I am taking Friday and Monday off to do a four day motorcycle ride. My destination is as of yet unplanned. I think I will probably do about 1500-1700 miles total and stick to secondary roads mostly. I will be packing my DFX in my saddlebags and am looking for a good hunt somewhere....anywhere......and hopefully someone to hunt with!
So...
Leaving Cleveland Ohio area Friday Oct. 12th
Returning the evening of Monday the 15th.
Most all states surrounding Ohio are game...or even a state or two (or three perhaps) away are open as well.
I am NOT looking for a place to stay. I would not impose like that (motels).
An area with large cents laying on the surface would be nice

Anyways...any help with ideas is welcome!

Well if you want too, Its not a bad place to hunt
I am still trying to find the place with all the large cents laying on the surface, so I can't recommend a specific place here.

There is a french fort on the south end(Brewerton)suppose to be a cache somewhere about that area.
