O.K. it's not silver or a diamond ring. Just an interesting find, I thought.
I dug this up and at first thought it was a bent button. Then I thought it was a coin hit by a mower. It turns out someone shot poor Abe in the back this time. It's a 1935 Wheat that someone decided to pump full of lead. It didn't quite make it though, so Abe looks like he's giving birth. :o
Enjoy.

That is a really cool find! I've lost many a coin doing the same thing....are you sure that isn't mine? Way to go buddy!

So, I was just wondering what it came up as on the VDI?
That coin would be a proud find in anybodies' book.
By the way. Lincoln was shot in the back of the head
the first time. Right? :-\ ???

Sooooo, that is where it ended up...down in NC. I knew it went somewhere far away. :D

LMAO! ;D
Kirk,
If this wheat were yours, I would have found it in the stream. ;D
