So today after a week indoors, we were finally able to head out into the sunshine, well after clearing the frost from the truck! xx

So it was off to our old favourite the pond field, I think we spent most of January in these fields.. 😆 we just love them and they did not disappoint me.

I got a cracking signal and my heart skipped several beats when I found this beautiful horse pendant… absolutely the stuff I dream about, little buckle, then a mystery bit, buckle bits, gorgeous strap end, another mystery bit, lead weight, interesting bits, buttons, and himself’s best find, a complete lead button, 2 tokens, and ta da… my stunning Henry the 7th hammered…1485-1509 SILVER GROAT.
. My first one of this type… absolutely so proud of my field today 😆 xx

Absolutely AMAZING finds and PICTURES !!! I sure enjoy your posts Thanks for sharing

Another fantastic hunt!

Congrats on all of it .But Henry the 7th hammered is a hunt making recovery.
First I've noticed the black material in the discs and other.

Guess like Ol -Enry I might get hammered (Hic!. Hiccup! !) too if she dumped me.
(Her 8th seems pretty happy at the moment though....Going to be dropping coins himself bouncing like that. He might have to pee.)

i will have to give that program a try :) Thanks mam !!

Congrats on the great looking hanging pendent, and the Groat. :hello2:
The little sq. piece in photo#8, any thing on it, or just blank?
You certainly made up for lost hunting time and under the weather week.
Great to see you get out, and do some dirt therapy.

Ah thanks Peps xx no the square piece is blank 🫤 but always keep those as possible weights! Ha, I needed a nose nappy, combo of cold air and bright sun, had my eyes watering, sneezing and a particularly moist nose… not the most attractive look 😪😪 xx

I posted the pendant on a Facebook group i belong too… and had this possible id.. just wow 🤯 xx

The pendant could be the coat of arms of the country of Holland , a red standing lion in a golden field. A very rare, dutch 13th century horse pendant.
