A tough one

Non-magnetic metal - this is a head-scratcher - found near some of the pewter fragments I posted yesterday - an area known for Rev War troop activity. But of course may be modern. The smaller crimped end is interesting.

It looks like a piece of copper fuel or brake line to me, maybe from a tractor?
