Got out to an old site that I've hunted many times. This site was oringinally an old plantation house but all the buildings were torn down prior to 1920. The site is in a farm field which unfortunately never gets plowed anymore (no till farming). I have found colonial relics and coins as well as early 1900s items here. The soy beans have finally been harvested so I got chance to search a portion of the site with my new AT Pro yesterday. My finds were 1905 IH, old key, thimble, naval button (any ideas on age?), tiny buckle, larger buckle, and a few other odd bits. I thought the AT Pro did very well in pulling a few more goodies from a hard hit site.

The larger buckle is a harness buckle cover. I found a Navy button just like that but it was squashed. Interesting finds.
