MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay, Aug. 24 — For more than 60 years, the scuttled wreck of the Graf Spee rested undisturbed in 65 feet of murky water just outside the harbor here. But now that fragments of the vessel, once the pride of the Nazi fleet, are being recovered, a new battle has broken out over who owns those spoils and what should be done with them.

So many Nazis went to South America after the war, maybe that heraldic eagle should just be placed in front of the Courthouse (with swastika)! ;D ;D

I only see a part of history, i cannot see anything else. This bird should been at a museum where it belongs.

My 2peso worth.

Awsome Relic !

I'd Love to have that Connected to the Front of my House for Display.

It's a Relic, Not a Physical Attack !

Hitler is the one who turned an ancient good luck sign into a symbol of hatred.Did you know that the swastika could even be found on the shoulder patches of the American 45th Division during WW I? I personally see nothing wrong with it.Then again,i'm not Jewish.Put it in a museum where it belongs. That is an awesome looking thing isn't it?

It's one thing To wear it & say,

"I am wearing this a a Symbol of my Hate"

and another to Say

"This is a Historic Symbol, ansd should be enjoyed as such"

One has Nothing to do with the other.

This was also a symbol often found on American Indian items. It was a Good Luck symbol.
The Nazis also had a E.S.P. SECTION as did the Russians ???
