trying to identify bone found in an Indian site this one has me stumped its so small. i dont see anything rodent related, its not frog or snake or turtle, maybe a fish? it doesn't look like the gar jaw i found. I'm not even sure its a jaw maybe its some kind of spine but those little bumps sure do look like teeth. I cant think of any other small predatory animals
 

Wow it's tiny. Shrew mandible? Missing the front teeth and otherwise degraded...
