This is called Coal Creek close to where I live. We got a bit of snow last night, but I don't think it'll last. The sun is breaking through the clouds now to melt this all away. Well I better get to shoveling. You all enjoy your Superbowl Sunday. It should be an interesting game, I'm thinking?.

What is your winter temp. average?

What is your winter temp. average?
Looking at it the average temp looks to be in around 30 deg-F from Dec to March, but really it's up and down from lowest of 15 below and last week we saw a couple days in the low 70s. It never seems to be the same for more then a couple weeks at a time here. Only birds making noise on a day like today were the crows. Even the geese quiet down some on colder days. It warms up over 60 then everybody singing.

So nice in pics... but COLD!!!
Knowing me...(seeing I can't sit still)
I'd go out there to explore and slip and break my neck!
Last year I stepped out the front door... SLIPPED on the porch... then made it to the rock driveway... SLIPPED as I made it to the SUV... and you know, doing the "unplanned splitz" hurts!!
All this was done as i thought was "walking with caution" :laughing7:
Hell, I can't even make it out the driveway!!
