Had another great day in the water today. I found the chain. it has a huge iron ring on the one end of it. I dug down over 2 foot and found nothing yet. I am thinking it was an anchor for a floating dock and not a ships anchor now.

I found two interesting things today. One is the lead WW1 truck and the other is the sterling ring with the baseball on it and the inscription REC 32 whatever that is. The half is by the truck to show size.

A walker 1942, 3 Washington's, A 1913 Barber dime, 7 mercs, a silver cross and the two silver rings were my silver finds. 4 Jefferson's and 11 wheats.

Nothing spectacular. Just a fun relaxing day and a few finds to keep me busy. The small metal boat has seen better days unfortunately. The small things below the boat I think are buttons. The Virgin Mary and Sacred Heart ring and other things are brass. Same with the huge ring.

And one more joke before the pictures. Last water joke I know. Why do mermaids wear sea shells?

(Answer below pictures)

Enjoy!

Cause B shells are too small and D shells are too big.

That's a heck of a lot of silver, SD! Thanks for sharing.

I actually found a new spot in the weeds today. The muck is thick, however I got my coil down pretty far in it. Very tiring but worth it. I am certain there are a whole lot more of those places out there. I just have to find them. I wish I could get rid of all the weeds and redirect the current to take away the muck. I would be swimming in silver probably.

Bet you are right, Scuba! GL and HH!

Man you are on it,, congrats on the silver haul.
At least it's muck and not silt,,
Silt will really cloud up the water.
Wishing you continued good luck.
Congrats

LOL no difference. As soon as I start digging I have absolutely no visibility. I have a system that mostly works until I drop a find. LOL then I search and search for the stupid thing.

That little army truck is a Tootsitoy. I just cleaned the gravel and sand out of it. I can't find ANY Tootsitoy that doesn't have moving wheels. Any idea folks??

That is great I go out for 5 6 hours and hope for silver usually don't find it I did find a silver ring today. I love seeing your finds you are a treasure hunter but you take it one or two steps further than most, I admire that. and I'm still working on the water side of the hobby Great Job Thanks for sharing it is very inspiring.. I'm sure your bucket list anchor will come. Stay Safe!!!!!!!!

Great job as usual. Can't even wade on this side. Waves have been too rough for over a week.

There are some awesome inland lakes on your side of the state. In fact, I am planning a road trip over there this year.

Really cool finds as usual. I'm usual snorkeling this time of year with the AT Pro, and those weeds can be frustrating. Even more so is cloudy water from fanning. My Garrett Carrot has been the most useful tool for recovery when the visibility was nil.

Weeds can be a nightmare. A pin pointer to me is useless. I have two mesh bags on my BC. One for my finds and one empty. I wave handfuls of muck or sand in front of the coil and when the target is in my hand I put the whole handful in the empty bag. Hold the top shut and swish it in the water. When only the target is left I put it in the finds bag. HOWEVER, when I drop the target I could see where the pin pointer would help although I don't like carrying a lot of stuff while diving. I understand how it could work though. Thanks. I don't mind zero visibility water at all. I have dove in ponds and rivers plenty of times not being able to see. I just hope I don't ever grab a hand after my machine finds a ring!
