Today I hunted at my wife's old high school, around the football and baseball fields. I broke 10 dollars for the first time ever in clad, $10.39 to be exact, along with a single wheat penny, a '46. Oddly enough, I found my 2nd Kennedy half dollar in 2 trips out detecting, and again it was laying on top of the ground. I hope to get a few more trips in before snow flies. Good luck and HH.

My clad goes either into my daughter's college fund or towards silver that I am using as a hedge against all of her stock market losses. Sadly, I am going to have to do a lot of detecting over the next 15 yrs to make up for the recent downturn. LOL. Actually, since she has a longterm horizon, I think she will be fine, but adding a little silver and maybe some gold to her nest egg won't hurt anything.
