A Reale Fun Day!!
Got out with Frank yesterday for another all day hunt.
Went back to the spot where I pulled my 1st KG I, back in June. There are 3 spots along this trail.
Was searching round by a fallen tree & got that sweet fluty signal about 3-4" down. Started to dig & hit a tangle of roots with the signal right down below them
. Out came the leashe & it tore right thru them. Saw the glean of sliver & figured it would be something more modern, but when I saw the non reeded edge I knew I had something old. Didn't expect it to be a Carolus IIII but cool! My 2nd 1/2 Reale, this one 1801! 
Swept around the hole & got another good sound, turned out to be a 1901 IH! Pretty wild to have 2 coins 100 years apart to be just about 3 inches apart.
Pulled 2 buttons from another site along the trail.
The Thermometer & Ball End Post were from another hunt.
