Hi all after spending quite a bit of my hunting time this month at the old dump, i decided to start working the areas around the main pit and found quite a few relics scattered across the open ground.
The top soil is quite shallow. About 8 inches deep, just enough soil to grow short carrots LOL.Still large amount shards and broken glass but i did finally get a Dobson Paitent Codd bottle and small blue chemicial bottle. pottery stove black jar.
Late in the day i found. Birmingham H 1914 2 shillings, Only 500,000 where made and is listed as Rare and a 1922 silver sixpence which is listed as scarce.Agonst the rest theres a tooth paste lid which i tacted together Yes another all most, sliver watch case pill locket silver [damaged] Few comm medal and more ww 1 badges. The best being a WW 1 army munition inspector 9451 and qute a few other buckles and pieces.
