I was asked to look for a lost engagement ring in the back yard...man it hurt having to hand this beauty back...but at least I got paid for my efforts. It was under 2 inches of snow and ice. Glad it only took 15 minutes to find.

I did that once for a rich bitch at the Broadmoor and didn't even get a thank you. At least you got paid and a thanks. Way to go! :headbang:

Nice job. Think of it as you wouldn't have been detecting there if not for the call for help so you didn't lose anything but gained $20.00. Money you can use for gas to go detecting!!! ;D

actually got permission from them to hunt a 100+ year old home site with a big yard. (in laws) should be interesting. Told them I'd bring 3 detectors so we could all look for treasure. ;D

:notworthy: You're a good man for wanting to assist others. You will be rewarded for your efforts of this hunt which may come sooner then you'd hoped fore. :read2:
That really was a very nice ring that you had to return. :tongue3:

And that ring would have looked so good on you! ;D I think you're better off with the coffee money and permission to hunt.
