My friend, John from Arkansas, joined me today to hunt the yard of an old house in Tulsa. Posted below are our finds for the day. I found two Mercury Dimes, a 1939-D and a 1944. John found a 1948 Washington Quarter and Roosevelt Dime, and a 1943 Merc. Five silver coins in all. There were eight Wheat pennies between us and a bunch of clad. The best find of the day was made by John of an old Indian silver ring with two beautiful Turquoise stones in it. Also found an old copper tube that has a small hole in one end and inscribed on the other end is "Helen Neushaefer Inc. and Made in The USA". Any idea what this was - maybe a lipstick, but it doesn't look like one John also got a One Miil Oklahoma Tax Token. So far the Explorer II is ahead, but the Fisher CZ-3D will catch up tomorrow.
