Went out to a neighboring town and hit a old house. found nothing there. The man in the house next door offered his house for detecting. We hit it and got a total of 15 Wheats. then on the way out (seems to work that way) I hit part of the old slate stone side walk. I thought it was hit by a hunting partner on the way to the back yard. He said he did not hit it all. Well Glad he didn't as I got a bouncy signal that ended up being a 45 ACP round and a Merc under it. It is either 1919 or 1918 no mint. Then Dave cam over to see it and hit a zinc signal on the other side of the Slate stone (lane thief). and it ended up being a 1948 5 centavos from Guatemala. Tiny coin but silver anyway. well that Merc makes silver number 4 for the year.

****had a nickle signal that was worn smooth. I forgot to check it out till just a bit ago. Well It turns out it is a SMOOTH V nickle. ****
It is so worn I am afraid to try and clean it.
