Hi everyone, can't believe it, we made it to friday! 537882_330457413725251_1277739374_n.png We are doing all right, both of us are fighting colds, as if we needed ones on top of all that has been happening the past few weeks!

We are so thankful for so much! we were able to get out on sunday last week, we headed to one of our most favorite places to hunt, and were able to park the truck close by so that I could sit and rest, and not over do it. We hit the motherlode on bullets, we have never found this many in one area! DSCF3051.JPG Chug found 3 more than me, but I smoked him in clad, LOL that makes it my turn to buy coffee next time!

DSCF3054.JPG DSCF3053.JPG DSCF3061.JPG DSCF3057.JPG These are some of Chug's favorites, and this little guy was lying on the top of the ground, under an old tree with long and huge roots! DSCF3060.JPG Woo hoo! I love relic hunting!

We didn't find too much more on sunday, but......Chug rocked it at work again!:hello2: DSCF3032.JPG It's costume, but nice. DSCF3033.JPG Cute little hearts, it was a bracelet, and will soon be added to this necklace I have been working on for a couple of weeks.DSCF3034.JPG Chug also found some cool RC helicopters, he thought only one worked, but my son was able to work on them, and now 3 of them work! DSCF3064.JPG DSCF3066.JPG DSCF3065.JPG DSCF3069.JPG DSCF3067.JPG And Chug also found something we have been wanting for awhile. You know how sometimes you just can't make out a mark on something, well, we have help now!DSCF3070.JPG :hello2: I do have one tiny little complaint, Chug's nephew went through a period where he was playing around with melting wax for art, and covering things in thick coats of wax. :BangHead: I'm starting work on cleaning this guy up, DSCF3073.JPG DSCF3071.JPG DSCF3075.JPG Any idea's on how do clean him safely without ruining his colors? He also has paint on him, his nephew also covered some beautiful crystals in wax, why? :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead: And now some projects I've been working on, this one I'm liking, it's made with pearls, glass leaves, and earings that Chug found, it's my prototype, but I love how it looks! DSCF3035.JPG DSCF3036.JPG DSCF3038.JPG DSCF3037.JPG DSCF3039.JPG, this is another one I just did, I love floating necklaces so I thought I would give it a try. DSCF3042.JPG And this one is pearls and silver chain, people say pearls are so boring, plus you should save them for special occasions, not me! DSCF3043.JPG And this final one is going to be a pin, inside will be pictures of Chug and I. DSCF3047.JPG Chug found the locket in the parking lot of an apartment complex he had to help out at. Tomorrow is supposed to be clear and almost 60 degree's, yippee! Can't go back to our favorite place again! I still haven't found gold yet, but that's ok, just being able to get out and spend time doing a hobby that I enjoy so very much, with my best freind, whom I love more and more everyday.
I hope everyone has a great weekend, take care, stay safe and HH! Red

WOW, you are right, alittle of this and a little of that! You take great pictures also. I enjoyed your post, thanks. Tennessee digger

Would need to try to confirm freezing wax and using a dull chopstick to try and remove it? H.H.

Wow! Any idea how old the bullets are? I was cutting firewood a few years ago on my property and found a bullet just like the one you found on top of the ground inside an old tree. No telling how long it had been there!
