The tribe applied for a change in the size of the reservation and there has been a new survey by the Feds. Is this correct?

I worked that area while as a consulting forester in CA. There is a lot of bad blood still and between those tribes and they all hate whites. Those areas are almost off limits to white men. I did some work in the Happy Camp area and it’s rough country. There were some major marijuana wars between these tribes in 2013-2015 as well. Now there is infighting over casinos and what not.
