I was at Cabela's the other day with my wife. Walking around we found the mining section basically two shelves. On top hanging I found this from Gold Rush! It seems to be a Hoffman sample pan LOL! No wonder they can't beat Parker! It even has directions and a genuine certificate of authenticity and pay dirt LOL! 5 pieces of flake. Gonna make a rear view mirror hanger out of it so I will never be without a pan LOL! :headbang: DSCF0387.JPGDSCF0388.JPGDSCF0389.JPG

:laughing7: My friend got one of those for christmas one year I think in his stocking only it wasn't GR brand, just from some place in Idaho. Turned out to have one of the biggest flakes of the day in it, which wasn't actually very big but I was just starting out. I think I panned it out with that thing in the bird bath in the front yard. The tiny pan does the job surprisingly.

I could have gone all summer without hearing that name

Looks like the guy figured out how to make some money in thr gold business.

Ha ha ha... it even tells you exactly how many pieces of gold you will find.

Doubt I would have actually paid for the kit tho...

Things not much larger than a clay pigeon if the illustration in the instructions is to scale. If that's the case, I've only got one thing to say ......

PULL!!!!!

Thought you guys would get a kick out that! LOL!

Laughing all the way to the bank, I'm sure. He can have all that money...at least we here at TNet are...uhh, authentic...or something!?!

Well, that explains how they make their pitiful results look impressive. They just pile it into a teeny tiny pan for the closeup pics! LOL

Looks like it belongs in one LOL!

That'll look great on my key ring.

Mine is hanging on my rear view mirror.

Thanks for the picture. I heard Hoffman had a little one.

A little pan-is:)
