Gosh Dano, it doesn't baffle my mind. If you had watched the video you would have learned that the NRa was formed to protect black people against those who would kill them. Is there something strange in the water in your country?

The NRA was indeed founded by 2 Union Generals in 1871 and some try to say it was racist in support of KKK, but in fact it is the opposite, it's purpose was as a means to drive out KKK and help blacks defend their selves...

It is our strongest advocate for protecting our rights under the 2nd amendment.... One of the benefits of the recent gun grab by Democrats is it caused NRA memberships and donations to swell....

Yeah, it does make for a more peaceful day . . . contemplating going there again myself since no matter what one says, he will want to argue for arguments' sake.

We all know that for whatever one person says, there is at least one article in Wikipedia that will say something different. Not that wikipedia is wrong, just that anyone can contribute, and they don't always tell the truth.

If someone here had challenged what those black leaders had said, he would have called them racist. Go figure

Dano's difference of opinion helps spark conversation. Without opposing views conversation becomes stagnant and redundant. The very nature of the "Second Amendment Watchdog Forum" begs the issue of debate and conversation. Instead of coming down on Dano for being British you should thank him for providing you with an opportunity to counterpoint with your own facts. One of the best strategies to stave off dementia is critical thinking. If you all sit around and agree with each other there is no critical thinking involved.

Dano and I may not always agree...but I always respect his opinion. I find he is one of the more polite members on this forum. Again, Dano does not need me to defend him, but I defend my friends without being needed to or asked to.
